Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition as received, unworn or unused
With original tags and packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Custom products (special or personalized orders)
Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item and, once approved, place a new order for your preferred product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at welcome@cesararchives.com.
